Can I Return the Gift Registry?

You have the flexibility to exchange or return your wedding registry item within 365 days. The same goes for baby registry items but they should be in new and unused condition. If used, then the item will follow the standard Bed, Bath and Beyond return policy.

How Can I Return At Bed, Bath & Beyond?

Online Returns

Just follow these simple steps to return your BB&B purchase online.

1. Go to the BB&B online returns/replacement page and enter your Order Number and E-mail. Click Next.
2. Answer the necessary questions and get your FedEx shipping label.
3. Pack the items securely as you received during the delivery.
4. Stick the FedEx label on the package.
5. Schedule a FedEx return by selecting the date and destination.
6. Give the parcel to the FedEx department member who will reach out to you.

Note – The free return shipping is available only when the delivery is through Military Post Office, APO, FPO, and US Territories. Bed Bath & Beyond return policy does not cover refunds on shipping, assembly or gift packaging charges with any other return delivery.

You may return your online and in-store purchases to your nearest BB&B store. Returns For Truck Delivery

Bed Bath & Beyond return policy requires you to return all large-size items received through a truck delivery within 30 days of the receipt. Can I Return without Receipt?

If you have a receipt, then your return/exchange will be done according to the standard 90 days Bed Bath & Beyond return policy. You may still be able to return without a receipt. If you purchased using a credit/debit card, then take it with your item to the store. They may be able to find your purchase receipt in their system using your debit/credit card. What Products Can I Not Return?

1. Opened air mattresses can only be exchanged for a similar item within 60 days.
2. Electronic items like baby monitoring devices, kitchen appliances, robotic vacuums, etc. have 60 days for an exchange or return.
3. Their smart home tech items (home security &  safety, smart doorbell, etc.)  and seasonal items (patio furniture, grills, and holiday items) are eligible for a return within 30 days.
4. Clothing items, car seats, and strollers must be in new and unused condition with tags attached for a return within 90 days.
5. Breast pumps can only be returned or exchanged in unused and sealed conditions.
6. Any personalized and custom made items are non-returnable.
7. Gift cards and special offer items can not be returned.
8. VEBO experiences are also not returnable.
