The return policy of Coach promises a full refund if you return the item within 30 days of purchase. The Coach return policy is only applicable for items returned in their original condition that must be unworn, unused, and include all tags, parts, and accessories. You will also need an original receipt of the product will be required at the time of refund.

Is Coach Returns Free?

Yes, Coach returns are free for all their customers. You can make your return using their prepaid return label. This label will allow you to make a free return. You can find this label attached to your purchased item.

How to Return At Coach?

The coach return policy has two methods for returning the product, you can return the product by mail or you can go to the store and return the product. Read ahead to know the process.

In-Store Return Policy

You may also go to the store and return the product. Follow the below-given process for in-store returns.

  1. You can find the nearest store, by visiting the Coach store locater.
  2. Meet the representative of the store and inform him/her about the return.
  3. Take your receipt with you while returning the product. The receipt that you got with your order.

The company accepts the return of the product within 30 days of purchase. If you have made the payment through cash at the store, then you can get back immediately as soon as you return the product. Remember the product should be unused and in the same condition as you bought it.

Return by Mail

You can return the product through the mail. Follow the below-given steps for returning the product through the mail.

  1. You will have a return from with you, with the order. Fill out that form.
  2. Put that form with your order while returning.
  3. After filling in all the details, print the shipping return label.
  4. For returning the product you can also use UPS shipping. Click on UPS shipping for locations.
  5. Ship your products at the address mentioned below.

The package needs to be trackable so it will be better if you use courier companies that are insured. You can use companies such as FedEx or USPS. Also, remember you are supposed to pay the shipping charges.

Coach Return Policy without Receipt

If you don’t have the original receipt, you can still return the product without the receipt. But the company will only accept the return for the Merchandise card. Your amount will be credited to the card within 30 days of return.

What to do with Incorrect/Damaged Product?

Incorrect Product – In case you have got the wrong product, then you can replace it with the correct product. Use code ‘Replace with correct item’.

Damaged Product – If you have got a damaged product, then fill out the return form and use the code ‘Replace with the same item’.

  • If you buy the product during the time of sale or any promotional time, then you will have to return the product within 14 days of purchase.
  • If you have lost the receipt, then you are supposed to have a Merchandise card, and then only you will get your refund.
  • There are charges for returning the product and the company also deducts the shipping charge.
  • Leather products and Fragrances are non-returnable.
  • Customized products are final sales and they are non-returnable.
  • The company does not refund in the case of PayPal or Klarna but your merchandise card will be credited and you can use that for the purchasing in the future.

NOTE – The coach does not have an exchange policy. If you wish to exchange the product, then you need to first return the product and you will get your refund. After that, you can buy the new product but the coach does not have an exchange option.

If your products do not match any of the exceptions then you are eligible for returning the product. Coach return policy is easy and simple, you just need to take care of certain exceptions.

In general, there is no policy placed for an exchange at Coach, they do not allow exchange at any store. If you are looking to exchange your product then you will simply have to follow the Coach return policy. This suggests that you will have to return your product online. The coach return policy says you will get your refund as the same mode of payment used for the purchase. If you have done the payment through a debit card or credit card then you will get your refund in the original mode of payment. There is no specific time for the refund of the products.
