If you are not happy with your purchase then you can return your item directly to your nearby Hollister store. Remember that the product should be in the original condition and you must reach out to the US store within 60 days.   • Pack the item properly and take it to the store.
  • Remember to carry the tags that came with the product.
  • And lastly, don’t forget the receipt.

Refunds will be provided as soon as the store receives your product. It will take about 7 days to reflect in your account. The refund will be credited to your original form of payment.
