What is Poshmark Return Policy?
The Poshmark return policy is a little strict and you may not have many options to make a return. You need to act fast and take some precautions if you receive something faulty or you are just not happy with what you got.
Poshmark considers all sales as final unless the following situation arises –
- You never receive your order or some items are missing.
- The item doesn’t match the description.
- The product is unauthentic or incorrect.
- There is damage that wasn’t disclosed on the product page.
If your product is having any of these issues, the Poshmark return policy requires you to report it by opening a case. We’ll help you with case opening in the return process.
