Can I Return Worn Items At Shein?

No, the Shein Return Policy clearly states that the product should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All the tags and hygiene stickers must be in place.

Are Shein Returns Free?

Yes, the first return or exchange it free of cost. However, the shipping charges need to be paid on every return. It is recommended that if you want to return multiple items from a single order, you must return them together to avoid excess shipping costs.

How To Return My Shein Purchase?

The process of return is very easy and short. Under the Shein return policy, you have to follow a few steps to download the return label for your courier return. As Shein is an online site, there is only an online process for returning an order.

  • Sign in to your Shein Account.
  • Go to “My Orders” and click on “return item”.
  • Select all the item(s) you want to return, write the reason for return, and submit it.
  • You’ll get a return label which you can find in the “Return & Refund Record” section of the item that you are returning.
  • Print the label. Put all items securely in a box, and attach the label on the outside of your return package.
  • You can now mail it with the help of your nearest courier service. Under the Shein return policy, a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Go to “My Orders” and find your returned order.
  • Click on “Order Details”.
  • On the right side, top corner, click on “Return and Refund Record”.
  • Click “view” and download the Return Label.

Once these steps are finished, your return is successfully initiated and you will your refund will be processed.

Shein Exchange Policy

Shein offers an exchange policy, under which you can exchange a product with a similar one. You can exchange only with a different size or color of the same product. The process of exchange is similar to return. You do not have to pay any extra charges if it’s your first exchange. If not, you’ll have to pay a delivery charge of $7.99 for your exchange. All the exceptions and conditions of the Shein return policy also apply on exchanges.

Once Shein receives your items, the refund will be initiated by them in 7 working days. Shein will direct your refund to your Shein wallet or the original payment account mentioned in your Shein ID, as per your preference.
