Wish Cancel order window varies depending on where you want your item to be shipped. Regular buyers may know that you can choose between home shipping and “ship to store”. Home shipping orders only have 30 minutes cancellation window while for Ship to Store orders you have 8 hours to request cancellation. Here’s how to do it.
- Go to your Order History page and click “Need help with this item” on the order you wish to cancel.
- The Wish Assistant widow will open through which you will be able to cancel the order if it is within 30 minutes window. You can follow this same process if you want to make changes to the order.
Note – If you placed your order using the Boleto payment option, then you can cancel your order anytime before you are charged (payment is complete). If the payment is complete then the same 30 minutes cancellation window will apply.
Wish Cancel Order Process For a Ship to Store Order
You have 8 hours after placing the order to cancel “Ship to Store” orders. You’ll have to follow the same process – Go to the order history page and request a cancellation using Wish Assistant. You must pick up your item from your selected store before the date mentioned in your order information. Otherwise, it’ll be sent back to the Wish warehouse and you’ll not be eligible for a refund.
What if I cannot Cancel My Order?
Remember that you cannot cancel or update your order if it’s outside the cancellation window. But there’s still nothing to worry about, as you can still return your item for a full refund. Refunds on Wish Cancel Orders
For all Wish cancel orders, the refund will be credited to your original form of payment. If you used your bank card, then it may take about 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you are getting a refund of their store credit (Wish cash), it’ll show up in your Wish balance within 1 hour. You can use this credit for your next order.
There are also chances that the cancellation may occur before you are charged for the item. This means you’ll not be charged in the first place and that’s why there is no need for a refund.
