What is Zara Return Policy?

The Zara return policy allows you to return most of your purchases within 30 days. You can return items purchased from their store or zara.com.

In the case of online purchases, the 30 days return period starts from the shipping day. You must also return your purchase in its original condition with all its tags intact.

Will My Zara Returns Be Free?

Yes. Zara returns are free, whether you choose to return your online or in-store purchases, the returns will be free. You can choose to exchange your purchase or a refund. You will receive a prepaid label for your return hence no shipping charges.

How Can I Return My Zara Purchase?

Once you are aware of the Zara return policy after 30 days, you should proceed with the return process. You can order as a registered user or a guest on zara.com.

Zara provides a return method for both kinds of users. We would also recommend you to keep your receipt ready and package in its original condition.

  • Registered User – You can simply log in to zara.com and request a return, Your shipping label will be processed. Every box will have a shipping label.
  • Guest User –  As you can not log in, to request a return, you must track your emails. Any email related to the order will have a return link. Click on it and request a return.

Once the shipping label is stuck on the product, you can visit the Zara drop-off point and return the order. Different orders can be returned together. You can call on 1-855 635 9272 for confirmation of the returning product and ask any questions or doubts freely.

How to return Zara products in-store?

This is probably the quickest way to return your order as per the Zara return policy. You can request a return by directly visiting the store.

We would recommend you carry your purchase receipt. Remember you only have 30 days to make your return. Also, if you made your purchase online, then you won’t be able to return your order in-store.

  1. First, find the nearest location of Zara by using “Find Store“.
  2. The product should be in its original form and packing.
  3. Keep all the tags that have come along with the product.
  4. Take the sale receipt along with you at the Store or it won’t allow you to return the product or exchange it.

Remember, the Zara home return policy has an exception and they will only accept your return if the order is in its original packaging.

Now, the Zara refund policy may take up to 14 business days to reflect on your bank account. If you make your purchase in cash and go to the store to make the return, you will receive your refund in cash.

    I was not happy at all because of the tag was not on my purchase….it does not make since to me that I could not get my refund back. Need to recap the policy because it does not make since and it is not good business. I would understand that the clothing had spots or tore but it was not; I just took the tag off because I thought that it was going to be a good fit for me but I ended up wearing something else.
